The High Temperature Cleaning Furnace is designed for removing asphalt, polymers, and other organic residues adhered to high-temperature-resistant glass containers and metal molds. It utilizes high-temperature thermal decomposition technology to effectively eliminate residual materials from laboratory testing equipment.
Suitable for cleaning laboratory apparatus contaminated with asphalt residues, including beakers, sample containers, pycnometers, wax sample bottles, penetration test sample containers, softening point test rings, ductility molds, thin film heating sample trays, and aging oven sample trays.
This equipment must not be used for cleaning residues containing volatile, flammable, or explosive substances such as gasoline, kerosene, or dichloroethylene.
