Product Introduction

The VDO Vacuum Degassing Oven adopts advanced technology and functions by generating negative pressure through a vacuum generator. It is primarily used to remove air bubbles from asphalt binders after Pressure Aging Vessel (PAV) aging and from other material samples.

The system provides real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure and automatically stores test data. The application of advanced vacuum generation technology ensures safer, more stable, efficient, and economical operation.

  • Displays real-time temperature-time and pressure-time curves inside the chamber during operation.

  • Test process data can be automatically printed after completion.
  • Equipped with a transparent observation window, allowing convenient real-time monitoring, operation, and maintenance.
