The compactor features a high-strength structural steel frame, providing exceptional rigidity and resistance to deformation while minimizing overall weight. It is an ideal solution for mobile laboratories and laboratories with limited installation space.
Load Control
A high-precision coaxial load cell (±0.1% F.S.) ensures accurate and stable vertical compaction force throughout the entire compaction process.
The internal gyration angle is continuously adjustable from 0.7° to 1.4° to comply with different testing standards. The factory default setting is 1.16°.
The compaction process can be terminated automatically based on either the preset specimen height or the specified number of gyrations.
The robust mechanical design, precise control system and premium-quality components ensure excellent long-term operational reliability and highly repeatable test results, even during continuous testing of large specimen batches.
Powered by a high-performance electric actuator, the system requires only a standard single-phase power supply and eliminates the need for bulky external air compressors, significantly reducing operating noise while improving the laboratory environment.
A 7-inch industrial-grade touchscreen provides a clear, intuitive and responsive operating interface.
The system dynamically displays test data throughout the compaction process. Curves such as Load vs. Number of Gyrations and Specimen Height vs. Number of Gyrations allow real-time monitoring and comprehensive process analysis.
Complete test data are automatically recorded and can be exported via USB for subsequent analysis and documentation.
The transparent safety door allows operators to observe the compaction process while ensuring safe operation. The sliding door design enables quick and convenient installation and removal of the specimen mold.
