The HTHY-0666 Force Ductility Tester is designed to determine the cohesive energy and peak tensile force ratio of modified asphalt binders and polymer-modified asphalt emulsions. It is used to evaluate the cohesive performance of asphalt binders, the effectiveness of polymer modification, and the compatibility between modifiers and asphalt binders.
Cohesive energy and peak tensile force ratio are important performance indicators used in Europe and the United States for evaluating polymer-modified asphalt binders. These parameters are closely related to the type and dosage of modifiers. The force ductility test provides an effective method for characterizing the cohesive properties of polymer-modified asphalt binders.
The instrument allows simultaneous testing of four specimens. It adopts a specially designed water circulation system, with the refrigeration unit separated from the main testing unit and connected through flexible hoses, effectively minimizing the influence of refrigeration vibration and water flow disturbance on test results.
