The BBR-1 Bending Beam Rheometer is designed according to current testing standards and SHRP specifications. It is used to evaluate the low-temperature cracking resistance of asphalt binders by measuring the bending creep performance of asphalt binder specimens under low-temperature conditions.
The test results include two key parameters: creep stiffness S(t) and creep rate (m-value).
The low-temperature cracking performance is evaluated based on creep stiffness S(t) and creep rate (m-value), which characterize the thermal cracking resistance of asphalt binders under low-temperature conditions.
