Product Overview

The Marshall Compactor is specially designed according to T0702-2011 Method of Preparing Asphalt Mixture Specimens.

It is used for preparing asphalt mixture specimens by the standard compaction method or large specimen compaction method for laboratory evaluation of the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures.

Features

• Three configurations available: Dual-purpose Model, Standard Model, and Large Model.

• Equipped with semi-automatic hammer lifting and semi-automatic mold clamping devices for convenient and labor-saving operation.

• Automatic compaction and automatic counting functions are available.

• The special anti-detachment hammer design prevents hammer drop during compaction, ensuring that the actual number of blows matches the preset value for accurate and reliable test results.

• If no compaction action is detected for 5 seconds continuously, the system automatically stops to ensure consistent compaction conditions for each specimen.

• The upper and lower doors of the enclosure are separated for convenient operation and dust protection.
