The HYQXJ-2 Fully Automatic Asphalt Mixture Coring Machine is mainly used for laboratory specimen coring. Driven by a motor-controlled automatic coring speed system, it can drill core specimens with various diameters.
The coring speed can be manually adjusted according to different asphalt mixture types and specimen dimensions.
While improving core sample quality, the instrument also enhances operator efficiency. The specimen is mounted on a movable fixture platform equipped with X-Y dual-axis guide rails, allowing horizontal and longitudinal movement.
Industrial high-definition touchscreen controller allows direct input of coring speed.
Three-axis guiding system ensures drill bit stability during the coring process.
The movable specimen mounting slot facilitates specimen installation, removal, and fixture replacement.
Various fixtures are available for securing cylindrical and rectangular specimens.
Recommended for dynamic modulus specimen preparation, ensuring that the diameter deviation of the cored specimen is no greater than 0.2mm throughout the specimen height.
Multiple core samples can be drilled from rectangular specimens in a single clamping operation.
