HTHY-FPD Miniature Deval Abrasion Tester

Used for testing the high temperature resistance and abrasion resistance of mineral fibers. Put the mineral fibers and 1250g steel balls into a micro Defarge test tube. After the test tube rotates at a specified speed for a certain period of time, collect the fiber samples for testing their related properties. This equipment can also be used for Defarge abrasion tests on aggregates.

Overview

This instrument is mainly used for evaluating the high-temperature resistance and abrasion resistance of mineral fibers. The mineral fiber sample and 1250g steel balls are placed into the miniature Deval test cylinder, which rotates at a specified speed for a certain period of time. After the test, the fiber sample is collected for further performance evaluation.

The instrument can also be used for Deval abrasion tests of aggregates.
