Asphalt Mixture Vibratory Wheel Compactor HYNL-5

Product Introduction

This equipment produces asphalt mixture slab specimens through a combination of wheel compaction and vibration compaction, effectively controlling specimen density and uniformity. The compacted specimens can be used for wheel tracking tests (European or national standards)and can also be cut into beam specimens for related performance tests.

Applicable Standards

ASTM D8079; EN 12697-33 (Clause 5.3)

Product Features

  • Specimens can be automatically compacted according to preset height or target density.

  • The specimen compaction process can be completed through up to four compaction stages, with independent settings for compaction pressure, vibration frequency, and compaction cyclesfor each stage.

  • Equipped with safety protection doors. Opening any one of the three doors automatically interrupts the air supply and power supply to ensure operator safety and prevent improper operation.

  • The compacted specimens can be directly used for wheel tracking tests, or further drilled/cut into specimens for indirect tensile tests or beam fatigue tests.

  • The mold is compatible with wheel tracking test specifications and optional customized molds are available.
